Youbiquo signs the partnership with the CeSMA of the Federico II University of Naples
10 June 2021Youbiquo launches its latest Augmented Reality Wearables
14 July 2021Youbiquo confirms its commitment to research, innovation and development of emerging technologies in the IoT field with the promotion of new case studies relating to Artificial Intelligence applied to Augmented Reality.
In these days, Youbiquo has published the internship proposals on the portal of the University of Salerno, Department of Computer Engineering dedicated to five graduating students of the three-year degree course.
The topics and case studies concern Computer Vision, that is, the set of processes that aim to artificially reproduce the functions of the human visual apparatus; Machine Learning, a data analysis method that automates the construction of analytical models, is a data analysis method based on the idea that systems can learn from data, identify models independently and make decisions with minimal human intervention; and finally Deep Learning, an analysis method based on statistical calculation algorithms – also known as Artificial Neural Networks, which mimic the processes of the human brain.
The training plans proposed will have different themes and objectives as their object:
- Body scanning and Body tracking with Machine Learning techniques
The internship will aim to deepen Body Scanning and Body Tracking techniques through the processing of depth3D and / or Dual RGB camera images with Machine Learning tools in order to perform:
- Accurate anthropometric measurements;
- Accurate body tracking in real time;
- Making a 3D avatar.
The training plan will end with the development of a software prototype based on sensor systems made available by the company.
