Youbiquo as a strategic stakeholder took part in the PCTO workshop organized by DISA-MIS and which ended in the past few days.
The DISA-MIS Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation are designed in accordance with the “ScopriTalento” model aimed at developing the culture of economics and management through the introduction of active, orientation and multimedia teaching in the Italian School and University.
In order to encourage the discovery of individual vocations, as well as the identification and development of the most strategic skills for the current working context, the model provides that the University works in close collaboration with both upper secondary schools and with strategic stakeholders operating in the area.
These are workshops aimed at stimulating the development of corporate culture already in the third year students of higher education institutions, then progressively continuing with those of the fourth and fifth year.
As part of the path, Youbiquo as a business partner is committed to promoting two challenges related to the development of a new technological solution for the retail sector.
The challenges launched were useful in stimulating the creativity of the third and fifth year students, who, led by university tutors, presented a strategic plan for defining a customer experience and a user interaction built on the identified targets.
Considering the company’s internationalization plans and the launch of the product in foreign markets, the analysis took into account cultural differences and provided interesting insights for the in-depth study of evolving issues.
The collaboration between the world of universities and that of businesses is of strategic importance for the innovation and development of the country. The exchange of knowledge between universities and companies and the implementation of common projects are fundamental for the attractiveness of universities, the competitiveness of companies, the employability of students, and the economic and social growth of the territories.
Youbiquo has been collaborating for years with research centers and universities and has recently signed new agreements with university centers aimed at collaboration in the field of financing projects but also at the insoursing of skills and the enhancement of know-how.
The educational partnership is a strategic investment for universities and businesses because it activates a circularity of knowledge that is good for all the players involved.
