About us
The company designs, develops and produces wearable electronic devices and IoT (Internet of Things) devices to use Augmented and Immersive Reality and Artificial Intelligence in digital transformation processes towards the Industry 4.0 paradigm and beyond.
Since 2022, the company has also been developing artificial intelligence systems applied to image analysis and conversation.
Throughout its decade-long history, Youbiquo has developed several Augmented Reality smart glass prototypes, both monocular (Talens Smart Glass) and binocular (Industry AR Glass), designed to serve in the maintenance sector of large companies. In May 2018 and then in 2020, Youbiquo received two “Seals of Excellence” awarded by the European Commission for the innovative content of the proposed solutions.
The company, which is registered as innovative SME, has carried out Research and Development investment programs funded by the Italian Government; further, European Commission granted several European research projects made by Youbiquo in partnership with large companies, SMEs, and European research centres.
Youbiquo offers consulting services for the design and prototyping of wearable electronic devices and IoT devices, including software development.
The company also designs and develops advanced eXtended Reality and Artificial Intelligence solutions for the creation of intelligent agents specialized in text comprehension and streaming video analysis.
The team consists of personnel specialized in developing applications based on Machine Learning and Immersive Reality, and in the design and prototyping of electronic devices. The company is led by a board of directors composed of five professionals with proven twenty-year technical and managerial experience at national and international level.

Pietro is CEO and founder of Youbiquo S.r.l . After a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering he has developed a deep knowledge into ICT sector, working as PM and UI/UX and Software designer in several innovative projects along thirty years. He owns PMP and SCRUM certification in Project Management.

Nunzio holds a degree in Economics and has gathered extensive professional experience in the industry, working for various companies both as a partner and an administrator. Today, he is an experienced entrepreneur, and his commitment to predictive cash flow and the company’s business model is crucial for our time-to-market.

Always engaged in the industrial sector, over the years, he has developed a long experience in organising electronic and industrial productions . In the last 15 years he has then started and participated in various companies including VAS-IM S.r.l. dedicated to the sale of electronic components and Martec S.r.l. involved in the distribution of systems and machines in the technological sector.

Mario Vigliar
Mario Vigliar received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science at University of Salerno. Since 2007, he dealt with the development of heterogeneous multi-core and multiprocessing imaging systems. Chief Scientist of Spark/TTM, held his position of CTO of his own product company, DPControl until June 2024. He holds two international patents on innovative architectures for Visual Search, licensed by STMicroelectronics NV, and he authored several publications about video processing, image compression, and linear algebra computing systems in FPGA and ASIC.

ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
Alfonso Ferraioli
Alfonso is an experienced professional with a degree in Economics, who has worked extensively in the accountability and fiscal departments of various accounting firms. He possesses a solid background in credit scoring, business plan definition and analysis, and the evaluation of financial performance indexes. At Youbiquo, Alfonso is responsible for the accounting department, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting. He also oversees the administrative control of investment and R&D programs.

Adolfo Santoro
His postgraduate work experience has been in research and development areas. Activities have involved both basic research, in areas such as Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence, and industrial research, in the area of Civil Air Traffic Control. In recent years, he has been involved in technology transfer, co-founding the innovative startup Natural Intelligent Technologies s.r.l. and dealing with all operational aspects, from financial economic management to partner and investor search.
