When it comes to Additive Manufacturing, the PROBLEM we have identified is ensuring consistent production quality during the production of metal parts using SLM or PBF processes.
The project led to the development of an MVP designed to reduce printing errors in industrial additive manufacturing systems. Youbiquo developed a cloud-based software system powered by an artificial intelligence algorithm that analyzes machine parameters and the CAD model to be printed. It continuously monitors the printing process layer by layer and evaluates the final output, enabling the prevention, management, and detection of printing errors.
